It is a bit of a paradox that I should write this blog about house keeping. Certainly my Grandmother would think so, and she probably does, sitting on a cloud, keeping an eye on me. I never did any chores growing up, my grandmother who lived with us, took care of it all. I never even cooked a meal before I was 18 (and now I have a collection on receipts and a blog about continental cooking . . .).
But having my own house now, and being incredibly lazy when it comes to cleaning, I have developed a certain logistics in keeping a house that allows me to, with practically no effort, create a warm, functional and flexibal home. My larder is filled and I can create a feast in a second, I clean without knowing it and I even manage to decorate the house seasonally. This while I co run a busy business, have a 4 year old boy and also take care of my garden.Oh and run my blogs of course. How ? Follow this blog and you will see. . . .
